Quickie Youngster 3
Discover new places, make new friends, have fun and play! By design, the Youngster 3 truly enables this and more.
It's proven heritage married with the latest technology ensures that this folding paediatric wheelchair is genuinely suited to the needs of parents, carers and users alike.
Remeber when it comes to style the Youngster 3 is no lightweight, when it comes weight it is!
Features
- The broad range of options extends to offering Transit Brackets (ISO 7176 Part 19 Dynamic Pulse Complaint & DIN 75078-2 Test Requirement Compliant - Note DIN available from April 2004) for greater peace of mind whilst transporting the chair; Precise placement of a Jay seat belt, that can be placed at a number of points along the seat rail.
- Swingaway option for the platform and divided footrests (subject to lower leg length selected); Lightweight options given above; Seat shell (5cm) frame depth extension - ensuring better placement of a chairs rear wheels should a seat shell be added.
Styling
As an extension of your body and lifestyle, it is important that a wheelchair looks as good as it possibly can. The modern look has been achieved via updating the frame paint colours & spokeguards, rear wheel axle and plus by utilising a curvaious front castor mounting.
This castor mounting, as previously mentioned is lighter by design, is made from proven technology and with wider placement of the castors ensures that the chair is stable and safe.
Options
The Youngster 2 was always distinguished from field via the broad range of options it has to offer. The Youngster 3 maintains this tradition with frame styles alone are available in three forms i.e. the straight, fixed and variable abduction.
