Shipping & Returns

Delivery

We are able to offer delivery to all areas of the UK mainland. Please contact us for other destinations.

Small packages will be charged at our standard rate of £7.50.

Any large items will be charged at our Large package rate of £15.00.

All orders over £150.00 will be delivered Free of charge with no carriage fee.

Our aim is to deliver goods no later than 3-5 working days from date of order. However should an item be temporarily out of stock please allow up to 14 working days for delivery.

Most parcels will be despatched on the same day as the order is received for delivery the following day. Orders will be acknowledged by e-mail within 24 hours of receipt of the order and completed valid VAT exemption form (if relevant).

Orders are delivered using our preferred couriers. Please note that items will require a signature upon arrival. If any damage is apparent upon delivery please sign consignment note as “damaged”.

Please report all Shortages and/or damage in writing within 3 working days.

Returns

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us, in an unused “as new” condition, in its original undamaged packaging within 14 working days of receipt. We will then give you a full refund of the total invoice amount.

Should you wish to return an item please complete the enclosed returns form and attach the address label to the parcel. Please do not affix labels to the product packaging. You can return the item to us by post, but please retain proof of posting. Return postage will not be refundable.

Collection can be arranged, but will be chargeable. Any non faulty returns made outside of the 14 day period will be subject to a 15% handling charge.
