I was dreading choosing a New Wheelchair, Car and Adaptations because they are such big decisions and I had no idea where to start, but you were so helpful and paitient, answering all my questions, that it was a big relief and felt I was in safe hands. It was great being able to talk to someone so knowledgable. Plus, it ws good to know that you can alter things if I made the wrong decision and needed to adjust it later. Usually I'd have felt too daunted and guilty to even ask, which makes it even more scarey - feeling you have to get it all perfect first time!

Also it heped me a lot to talk about my worries and embarrassment about using the chair to someone who understands. Now I feel much better about everything.
