When I went to the showroom, I hadn't a clue what I needed. They took me through every detail with patience. All my questions were answered and there was no pressure, only help. It was very easy to make decisions because they knew every detail of every product and were very skilled too in working out what would be suitable for my particular needs. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was custom-adapted for my personal requirements - and on several occasions, readjusted as my needs changed. I will never go anywhere else now: I know I will always get a friendly reception, and all the help I need. They've never been unable to help with either information or products. Everything is done very quickly and with top quality workmanship and excellent prices. I can't praise them enough!!! A dream shop in every way!

Thanks so much guy's for sorting out my car and new chair with all the little adaptions that make them both much easier to use and always finished to a very high standard. I have been coming to Adaptacar for many years now and refuse to go anywhere else and would highly recommend these guys to anyone and do! Nothing seems to be too much trouble and no bodge jobs!! Thank you very much for your kindness and help. I was dreading choosing a New Wheelchair, Car and Adaptations because they are such big decisions and I had no idea where to start, but you were so helpful and paitient, answering all my questions, that it was a big relief and felt I was in safe hands. It was great being able to talk to someone so knowledgable. Plus, it ws good to know that you can alter things if I made the wrong decision and needed to adjust it later. Usually I'd have felt too daunted and guilty to even ask, which makes it even more scarey - feeling you have to get it all perfect first time!

Also it heped me a lot to talk about my worries and embarrassment about using the chair to someone who understands. Now I feel much better about everything.

In the end it was actually a fun experience, instead of an ordeal! Thank you for everything
