Roof Spider

Designed to lift a foldable manual wheelchair with a maximum weight of 25kg, the Roof Spider is suitable for either driver or front passenger use.Thanks to the fact that the 'Roof Spider can load from either side of the vehicle, it doesn't matter if you choose to drive or travel as a passenger. You simply press the hand control button corresponding to the side on which you are sat.

It can be fitted to most makes and model of vehicle with a load bearing roof. The Box itself weights only 54kg. The total height of the box is 47cm (not including roof bars or rack)

ROOF SPIDER is crash tested with a 25 kg load and has passed tests such as a 2.5 kg hammertest at -20˚ C, shape permanence at +60˚ C, resistance to electromagnetic interference, fire resistance etc. The product is CE-marked.

This Adaptation must be fitted by an Approved Installer and is not available to purchase through this website. It is not currently available on our Mobile Fitting Service, but can be installed by our Experienced Mobility Technician's at our premises in South Molton, North Devon.
